80 Years, 80 Stories
A group of local people, helped along by Chris Smith (the 'storysmith') are working to gather 80 short stories to celebrate 80 years of the Florence Park Community.
We are collecting everyday stories about life in Florence Park - family, friends, neighbours, our homes, gardens, streets and the park itself - stories that make you laugh, cry or just go "Ahhhh!". We plan to display these at an exhibition at the Party in the Park on 21st June 2014. Or if you are happy for us to, we'll store yours in the collection here online too. Click through and read a few - and if you have a story you'd like to share with us, please contact us on [email protected].
